BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
A deposit is required for every booking, which will be redeemed on the service fee during your appointment. In the event that you are not prepared for your appointment (Late/ underage/ incorrect ID) your deposit and appointment may be forfietted.
RUNNING LATE/ CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations/ rescheduling cannot be made within 24 hours of the appointment. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, view the booking confirmation email and follow the steps provided.
In the event of running late by more than 5 minutes, this may impact the fulfilment of your appointment and compromise the ability for your piercer to provide you with the best service possible.
BROKEN/ LOST JEWELLERY
We are not held responsible or accountable for any lost jewellery.
Any jewellery broken within 3 months of purchase can be assessed under our manufacturing warranty. Any jewellery broken outside of the three months of purchase will be deemed as wear and tear. We reserve the right to decline any repair or exchange outside of externally branded manufacturing policies.
AFTERCARE
These guidelines are based on a combination of vast professional experience, common sense, research and extensive clinical practice. This is not to be considered a substitute for medical advice from a doctor. However, be aware that many doctors have no specific training or experience regarding piercing and may not be educated on how best to assist you.
